Ideal and wonderful venue, favourable location so close to the church and main city attractions, and Nightclub. Very friendly employees with nice manners. Good food in the restaurant for breakfast.

It was close to the main attractions such as the shopping center, cathedral, river, and old fortress. The convenience of being just a two-minute walk from the airport bus stop was a major plus. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Bosna Ad for anyone visiting Banja Luka.

One minor drawback I experienced was the unfriendly receptionist when I arrived late at night. However, it was not a major issue as the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We loved our stay in this hotel right in the heart of the city. The location was perfect and we could easily access all the major tourist attractions in the city. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with great advice on places to visit and how to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and everything was well-maintained. The hotel facilities such as the breakfast area were fantastic, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel Bosna is definitely the best urban hotel in Banja Luka with friendly staff and fantastic rooms. The breakfast is excellent, featuring great food. The location is marvelous, right next door to the church and the center of town. It's also conveniently close to Zlatna Krigla, a great spot for drinks. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.
